Coffee enemas are not only effective for rapidly removing from the liver and have been used for at least 50 years in many professional clinics around the world, and in the Ayurvedic tradition.
The reason that such enemas are so effective is that caffeine is an effective liver stimulator and fat emulsifier. Such properties can be achieved only when the coffee is administered in enema form because the caffeine is absorbed by the veins and is channeled directly to the liver. The caffeine therefore stimulates the liver and gall bladder to open bile ducts and release toxins. It is also responsible for breaking down the fat in the liver and encourages excretion of bile. It is,thus, a form of liver detoxification, as well as colon cleansing.
Benefits of coffee enema
Mainly taken for liver detoxification,Coffee enemas are being explored as an alternative cancer treatment for cancer. Testing are also being performed to using coffee enemas in the treatment of pancreatic cancer. Coffee enemas are also effective in relieving pain.
It is worth noting that drinking a cup of coffee has an entirely different effect from that of using it as a cleansing enema. Drinking coffee can cause the following problems: lowers blood pressure; increase reflex response;increases heart rate; causes insomnia and heart palpitation; over stimulates the adrenals; irritates the stomach; and leaves a toxic residue in the body. When done properly, a coffee enema will not produce these effects.
Instructions for using coffee enema:
- Pour in a pot four cups distilled water and one-quarter cup of regular ground coffee.
- Heat the mixture until boiling.
- Then filter out and discard the grounds.
- Let the resulting boiling coffee cool to 102 degrees and administer, per enema directions.
- Hold in for a a period of 10-12 minutes, so that all of the caffeine will be absorbed.
- When the bile duct empties, you should feel or hear a squirting beneath the right rib cage.
This is a sign that toxins has successfully been released from the liver.
